How do I fix original playstation scratched discs?

My little brother managed to scratch the first discs on my ffVII, ffVIII, and ffIX. They are the originals so if anyone knows how to fix this that would be awesome. Techniques, cleaner kits, or even where I can buy single discs of ff games

I heard you could also use toothpaste and spread it and then wipe it all off.
